…but The Provider Portal can be accessed through just about any electronic device: tablet, mouse, you name it!
Check your Email
You're assigned a password automatically the first time you access the portal.
Your first password is sent to the email you registered under–once you’ve logged in once using that, you’re able to change your password at any time and/or request a new password.
Verify
We take your data privacy very seriously, and that's why we've enabled Two-Step Verification.
When utilizing a different electronic device or Wi-fi location, you’ll be required to go through a two-step verification process to make sure you’re you.
Follow the Prompts
If you leave too early your updates won't stick.
The system’s been designed to have you double-check your information on update. Make sure to follow the prompts until it asks if you’d like to save!
DON'T FORGET TO SAVE!
The save prompt only appears after you've reviewed all of your information.
Make sure to go through each prompt until you are asked if you’d like to save each time you access, or else you might have to do it all over again!

Are you looking to update multiple sites?
Unfortunately, the provider portal is currently unable to connect multiple sites to a single provider email, or multiple emails to a single site. To manage the profiles of multiple sites, please contact your Regional CCR&R directly.
