We do recommend using a computer…but The Provider Portal can be accessed through just about any electronic device: tablet, mouse, you name it!

You don’t need to know your password to access your profile; the system automatically creates a temporary password for you.

When receiving the email or text message, click on the link and your email and password will be automatically entered! 

You will be able to change your password once you are logged in.

If it’s your first time accessing your profile or if you are using a different electronic device or Wi-fi location, you will receive an email with an authentication code to verify that it’s you accessing your program profile.

The authentication code is valid for 15 minutes. If you receive one or more codes you can still use the first one you received.

You will be welcomed with a series of pop-up boxes. Your information will be displayed for you to review and update your information as needed.

Once you finalize reviewing the information on the pop- boxes, you may review and update additional information in the “About Our Program” Section”. Once satisfied with your changes, Click “SAVE” to complete your program update. 

Note: After clicking save, you won’t be able to make more changes and the changes saved will be reviewed by your regional CCR&R. You will be able to perform changes again once your CCR&R approves the pending changes.
